But not THIS TIME. This time, "vacation" actually means a break. Some of the plans include: heading over to dear friends for a joint-family BBQ, Jeremy going to work on his graphic novel with his friend Thom, Tessa participating in a "family dance party" at Art 634....and, most astoundingly, me and Tessa GOING UP NORTH with my aunt to go camping!! (Jeremy was invited. He doesn't see the point of camping. He has no desire to sleep on the ground for 4 days. He doesn't swim. He doesn't do mosquitos, bugs or heat. His loss. At least the apartment won't be untended.)

Will that patch of favrice be a set of socks?
I assume you meant patch of fleece...and probably, first it will be yarn though....we'll see what it looks like spun up, I'm intentionally spinning for socks though.
Well I was refering to the white stuff that looks like you started a project..
Oh. Yeah. that's kilt hose. See the dude standing in the photo next to it? It's what scots wear with their kilts. (I myself will be wearing them with tights. This wool is scratchy.)
